The Firm provides “big firm” expertise at a value-cost proposition that is often superior to that offered by larger firms. The Firm consists of two main practice areas: Insurance and Reinsurance Practice – This practice provides legal counsel and related services to insurers. The practice consists of: (1) comprehensive and cost-effective legal services and compliance management for companies that choose to outsource these functions; and (2) legal and compliance project management and project support for in-house attorneys and compliance managers. General Business Practice – This practice provides general legal services to Ohio businesses. Areas covered include employment law matters, protection of intellectual property, business start-up services and others.
